Timed Entry Reservations
The Museum is currently open to the public Thursday–Sunday, 11 am–5 pm. We've been working hard to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience when you visit. Our reopening guidelines meet or exceed all State-required health and safety measures.
While admission remains free, a reserved timed ticket will now be required to help us maintain limited visitor capacity.
Timed Ticketing Information
We ask that you kindly make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your visit. Reservations are available every half hour until 3 pm each day. Please arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time. No entries will be permitted after 4 pm. You'll receive a confirmation email with your reservation with additional details.

Before you visit, we ask that you please carefully review the below COVID-19 policies and guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you back!
Revised Hours:Thursday through Sunday, 11 am–5 pm. No entries permitted after 4 pm.
Bag/Coat Check Closed: Please leave all large bags at home. To reduce touch points, these services will be unavailable until further notice.
Practice Social Distancing: You’ll be required to maintain 6 feet of distance from all visitors not in your party.
One-Way Visitation: A designated route has been developed to assist with social distancing. All visitors will enter via the ramp on Terry Avenue and exit via the Columbia Street doors.
Café and Store Closed: While Café Frieda and the Museum Store remain temporarily closed, you can shop the Store online!
Additional Safety Precautions:
Staff and visitor temperature checks and symptom screenings upon entry
Frequent sanitization of all high-touch surfaces
Enhanced air filtration throughout the Museum
Hand sanitizer stations throughout the Museum
