Co-create an illuminated sculpture as you and your loved one(s) play with light, color, reflection, and form, discovering how everyday materials can be transformed into dazzling works of art. Working with LED lights, transparent colorful acrylic discs, and cardboard tubes you’ll design and build a one-of-a-kind sculpture while experimenting with layering, color mixing, and reflection. Along the way, discover how Lloyd pioneered the creative use of light as an artistic medium.

Designed for ages eight and up, this two-hour workshop invites youth and their adults to explore the intersection of art, design, and technology through collaborative, hands-on making.
