Drop-in Studio | Clay Baskets

Unwind, explore, and get creative!

Explore shape, texture, and form using air-dry clay, inspired by Sara Siestreem’s (Hanis Coos) ceramic basket series skyline (2024), featured in My Body Is a Basket. Experiment with simple sculpting techniques to create a small, basket-inspired vessel, and consider what it might hold, gather, or carry.
