Pianist Eric Verlinde has excited audiences worldwide with his energetic and passionate performances. After attending Berklee College of Music and Mt. Hood CC, he started his professional music career working on a paddlewheel riverboat out of Portland, Oregon, and has since has performed with legends like Wynton Marsalis, Arturo Sandoval, Randy Brecker, and many more.

Eric has recorded on over 25 albums, including Hadley Caliman's Straight Ahead on Origin Records, which reached #2 on the charts for national radio plays for over six weeks.

Prolific and exciting, the Eric Verlinde trio will feature the pianist, accompanied by a great rhythm ensemble.

Jazz in the City at the Frye Art Museum is a free performance series organized in partnership with Ariel Media, celebrating the art form of jazz music and its long-standing influence and vibrancy in the city of Seattle.

Ticketing Policy

Registration 
Tickets are free, but capacity is limited. Up to two tickets per person may be reserved prior to the program. A block of walk-in tickets will be available on site beginning 30 minutes before the performance on a first-come-first-served basis.

Registration for each program opens approximately one month prior to each concert.

Frye Members receive advance notice of programs and performances—become a member today and get the benefit of early registration!

Day-of and Walk-in Ticketing Policy 
Doors will open for check-in 30 minutes prior to the event. Walk-in tickets will be available at the check-in table on a first-come-first-served basis. All unclaimed reservations will be released to walk-ins 10 minutes prior to the start of the program. Preregistered guests should arrive early to secure their tickets.

Parking can be an issue in our area, so please plan your visit accordingly.
