Field Trip to the Frye is offered on Thursdays and Fridays from 10 am to 12 pm, October through May. Please note that some dates may be unavailable due to existing museum programs or exhibition schedules.
Each date can accommodate a group of up to 30 students. If you are booking multiple classes for the same date, please indicate all participating teachers’ names and email addresses in the Additional Notes section of the form.
Field Trip to the Frye is free for public schools. For private schools (non-Title 1), the cost per program is $300. For Title 1 private schools, the cost per program is $195.

Completion of all fields is required unless noted otherwise.
A 30-minute virtual pre-visit orientation is required prior to each field trip. The pre-visit is mandatory for teachers, and optional for students. During the pre-visit, teaching artists review museum visitor guidelines, introduce facilitation styles utilized in gallery discussions, and invite pre-reflection on key themes and techniques.
Pre-visits are offered on Wednesdays. Please provide 3 dates and times that will work for you, and your class if applicable. A Zoom link will be sent via email along with the confirmation of the pre-visit date.
