Begun in summer 2023, the Frye’s Yes, And series invites Seattle’s thinkers, movers, and makers to share their perspectives on current exhibitions while offering a new and related experience that draws on their unique areas of expertise. Borrowing a generative cue from the improv world, Yes, And asks interesting people from in and beyond the art world to build on the themes and practices of exhibiting artists, inspiring unexpected adventures and fresh ideas in the process.
