Cinema Divina Film Screening & Contemplative Gazing
Rest your mind and practice present-moment awareness with Cinema Divina—the creative, contemplative, and social art practice of filmmaker and author M Freeman. Take part in a guided meditative screening of a short film, followed by contemplative gazing and facilitated conversation based on works from the Frye's permanent collection centered around the theme of remembrance.
At this time of year, when many see the veil thinning between this world and the next, cultures worldwide dedicate time to remember those we’ve lost.
