Enjoy conversation, art appreciation, and hands-on exploration of various art mediums in this six-week class taught by specially trained museum educators and teaching artists.
Designed for individuals with dementia and their care partners to participate together, Here Nowprovides a supportive environment for creativity and connection.
Here Now programs are free. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Masks are optional for all (staff, volunteers, visitors, program participants), except as required for COVID-19 or any known COVID-19 exposures.
Priority is given to new participants for art-making classes; past participants are welcome on a space-available basis.
The Creative Aging Programs are made possible with support from the Richard & Maude Ferry Charitable Foundation and Aging Wisdom. Additional support is provided by Frye Art Museum members.
