Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation

Cultivate your present-moment awareness through mindful breathing and restful stillness. Practicing mindfulness through meditation can ease tension, calm the mind, and enhance your experience of art. In these thirty-minute guided sessions, practice in community and restore balance within a busy day.

The Frye offers free, thirty-minute drop-in sessions of Mindfulness Meditation sessions on the first Wednesday of each month, guided by Kristoffer Rhoads, PhD. Registration is not required, and all are welcome.
