Clarissa Tossin frequently employs motifs from Maya art. The Late Classic Period, roughly 600–900 CE, represents the full flowering of the art and architecture of the Maya civilization, with magnificent pyramid complexes, intricate sculpture, stunning murals, and spectacular grave goods. Clarissa Tossin: to take root among the stars will be on view at the Frye October 7, 2023–January 7, 2024.

You may purchase a series pass in advance of the start of the season or at any point during the season. Individual tickets for the in-person lectures are not available in advance, but can be purchased in person on a first come first served basis.
