Art History Lecture Series | Lee Miller (1907-1977)

Art History Lectures Series with Rebecca Albiani

New York fashion model Lee Miller decided she would rather be on the other side of the camera and left Paris to apprentice with Man Ray. She became an important Surrealist photographer who came into her own as a war correspondent in World War II, capturing the surreal, nightmarish aspects of war-torn Europe.
